1. We set your baseline
First we look at your last 12 months of warranty work to establish what you're already recovering on your own. That's your baseline — and it costs you nothing.
2. We go to work
We register, file, and chase every eligible warranty claim across your manufacturers — the work your team doesn't have time to run by hand.
3. You pay only on the gains
You pay an agreed 25% of only the additional claims we capture above your baseline. If we don't beat it, there's no performance fee — so there's nothing to lose.
